Follow these simple steps to ensure your instrument makes a safe journey to our shop. Keyboards may be shipped strung or unstrung, whichever is more convenient for you.

Strung Keyboards

• Wrap or remove cord springs to avoid marring bars during shipment.
• Roll up the keyboard (starting from bass end) in a blanket, shipping foam, or bubble wrap.
• Fill any spaces inside the box with crumpled newspaper to avoid keyboard/bar movement during shipping.

Unstrung Keyboards

• Arrange individual bars in layers using newspaper, shipping foam, or bubble wrap as a protective barrier between each layer.
• Fill any spaces inside the box with crumpled newspaper to avoid keyboard/bar movement during shipping.

Shipment

• Please include a note in the box with your name, return address, phone number, and e-mail address along with a description of the work you would like completed.
• Insure your keyboard for at least its current replacement value.

Upon Arrival

• We will consult with you after our initial inspection of your instrument to confirm the work you would like completed.

Return Shipping

• Most shipments are returned via UPS Ground service. FedEx, DHL & USPS shipping are also available if preferred. We will provide you with your shipment tracking number and estimated delivery date.
